30 DAY MONEY BACK
If you are unhappy with the goods in any way, you can return them within 30 days of the delivery date. Please see paragraphs below for more information regarding our returns policy.
RETURNS POLICY
It’s important to note that the Consumer Contract Regulations safeguard all online purchases, granting you the ability to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item. The right to cancel doesn’t apply to products that have been custom-made for you, such as components of a heating system or in-store discounted items not typically stocked.
We have, however, extended this time, and we will accept returns within 30 days from the day that you receive your item. You should be aware that any refund for returns will not include the original cost of enhanced shipments such as Tracked 24 or guaranteed next-day delivery. It should also be noted that items must be returned in an unused and resellable condition with unopened manufacturer packaging if sent that way, with any security packaging also intact.
We’ll also provide a return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or proven defective item, etc.). If this facility is used and the item does not prove to be incorrect or defective, we will deduct the cost of the return postage from the refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
