OPTION 1Shop Via Our Online Website
Provides a straightforward online shopping experience. Simply browse our website, select the products you wish to purchase, and opt for in-store collection during the checkout process. One of the key benefits of this option is our commitment to maintaining accurate stock levels on our website.
This means you can trust that the items you see are readily available for collection. Once your order is placed, our dedicated team will promptly pick and pack your products, ensuring they’re in perfect condition for your arrival. We’ll securely hold your order until you’re ready to collect it, and our team will even reach out with a friendly call to confirm that the timing works for you.
Should you have any questions or require guidance on your orders or products, our expert staff is always on hand to offer assistance and ensure you make the best and most informed choices.
OPTION 2Shop Via Our In-Store Trade Counter
In Option 2, we open our in-store trade counter to both the public and trade customers during our operating hours, which are from 8 AM to 4 PM. This option allows you to visit us in person and explore our extensive range of products.
Our physical store is well-stocked with a wide variety of items, including some unique and surprising finds that our customers often appreciate. Our knowledgeable staff is there to assist and address any queries you may have, providing a personalised shopping experience that caters to your specific requirements.
Your order may be declined for various reasons, including an inability to secure payment authorisation, insufficient credit on your trade account, a lack of sufficient points, potential ineligibility for the item in question, identification of pricing or product description errors, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
PRODUCTS READY FOR PICKUP
Once the product is prepared for pickup at the store, we will notify you via text or email. Please refrain from visiting the store until you have received confirmation from us regarding the product’s readiness.
When you come to collect the product, it’s important to have your order confirmation with you.
In the event that payment has already been processed prior to order acceptance, any refunds will be issued through the same payment method you initially used.
Please note that all the standard terms and conditions of On-Demand Supplies are applicable to this order.
