The above time estimations are based on an order cut-off time of 4p.m. on each working day (Monday–Friday), excluding bank holidays; therefore, should you require a product for next-day delivery, please aim to place your order before 4 p.m. Sundays or bank holidays do not count towards the delivery aims. Where a mobile number is provided as a contact number, an SMS notification will be sent the day prior to delivery, giving a 2-hour window estimate of delivery.

Where the item is too large or heavy to be sent with Royal Mail (61cm x 46cm x 46cm, greater than 20 kg), we will send it by an alternate courier and attempt to match or better the service level. If this is not possible, we will contact you to discuss options. Please also note that next-day delivery does not include delivery on weekends or bank holidays.

Please note that neither ourselves nor our delivery partners will ever ask for payment of any kind by text. If you receive a request for payment by text of any kind, please ignore this text and report it to the appropriate authorities. If you receive a Paypal request for payment by email, this will only be via prior agreement, usually by phone. We will never ask for any payment by email without a prior request from you.
