Hep2O HX39 1/2 x 3/8 Inch Tap or Fill Valve Adaptor
Used to reduce a thread from 1/2″ BSP to 3/8″ Inch BSP, supplied with 1 x 3/8″ fibre washer. Typically this would be used to connect a 1/2″ flexible tap hose to a 3/8″ tap or fill valve (this size is often supplied with European tap or cistern parts)
How to measure BSP threads : Most plumbing products thread sizes are stated as BSP imperial thread measurements which means that the actual diameter of the thread is approximately 1/4 inch larger than that stated in BSP terms. For example the 1/2 inch BSP thread on this adaptor has an actual thread diameter of approximately 3/4 inch and the 3/8″ thread an actual diameter of approximately 5/8″.

Returns
If you are unhappy with the goods in any way, you can return them within 30 days of the delivery date. For a refund, it's essential to ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, along with accompanying documentation and manuals, in an undamaged and complete state.
It's important to note that the Consumer Contract Regulations safeguard all online purchases, granting you the ability to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item. The right to cancel doesn't apply to products that have been custom-made for you, such as components of a heating system or in-store discounted items not typically stocked.
30 Days From Purchase
We have, however, extended this time, and we will accept returns within 30 days from the day that you receive your item. You should be aware that any refund for returns will not include the original cost of enhanced shipments such as Tracked 24 or Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery. It should also be noted that items must be returned in an unused and resellable condition with unopened manufacturer packaging if sent that way, with any security packaging also intact.
We’ll also provide a return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or proven defective item, etc.). If this facility is used and the item does not prove to be incorrect or defective, we will deduct the cost of the return postage from the refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
